The River
The San Lorenzo River extends the entire eastern border of the park and in summer is typically knee deep or less with swimming holes nearby. There is a trail down to the river by site #22. Please see the California Department of Fish and Game web site for current fishing regulations and closures at www.dfg.ca.gov
Clubhouse
Situated among the redwoods and overlooking the San Lorenzo River, our rustic clubhouse is a beautiful spot for guests of the Resort seeking a place to relax, play games and enjoy the view with their family or friends. In addition, our Clubhouse has an indoor seating capacity of up to 75 persons, large decks with two gas fired barbecues, tables and additional seating.
FIRES
Fires are allowed in each RV site. Guests are allowed to bring their own fire pit if it sits off the ground and can contain all ash. Guests may also rent a firepit and/or purchase wood from the office.
Fire Pit Rental = $10 (One time fee for entire stay)
Firewood = $15 per bundle
Guests are welcome to bring their own firewood to the resort. Any unused firewood brought to the resort by a guest must be removed at time of departure. Failure to do so will result in a $50 Site Clean Up Fee.
*There is a $500 fine for dumping ash or burning wood on the ground or disposing of ash in an irresponsible manner*
(i.e.: putting ash in a box, plastic garbage bag, paper bag and disposing of them in ANY trash receptacle.)
We have a complimentary ash pick up service available. Please sign up at the office and our maintenance crew will pick up ashes for you.
For our Dry Tent Campers, a communal fire pit is provided in the center of the tent camping area. We do not allow fires in the individual Dry Tent sites.
REDWOOD GROVE PLAY SET
Our three-level, treehouse-style play set is located in one of our favorite redwood groves and is designed for children ages 3–11.
The play area is closed during quiet hours, and all campers should be at their sites during this time.
Bathrooms
Our bathrooms feature hot showers and are well maintained to ensure your comfort. Cleaning and inspections are completed three times daily.
We offer three bathroom facilities on the property—the Main, Tent, and Clubhouse (no shower) bathrooms—each with its own cleaning schedule to ensure guests have access to facilities as needed.
RV Sites
All RV sites offer full hookups, including electric, water, and sewer. The only exception is Site #30, which provides electric and water only; Site #30 guests may use any available empty site to dump upon departure. Please refer to individual site listings for available amperage.
Complimentary WiFi and cable TV are provided; however, these services should not be relied upon for work, school, or job-related purposes.
No tents are allowed on RV sites.
