Vehicles
Guest and/or visitor parking passes are mandatory and must be clearly displayed at all times.

One commercially manufactured RV and one vehicle are allowed per RV site.

One vehicle is allowed per tent site.

Additional vehicles are $25 per day and must be parked in designated overflow parking areas on a first-come, first-served basis.

All visitors must check in at the office to obtain a Day Use Parking Pass and must depart the park by 8:00 PM.

Parking is limited; overflow parking is not guaranteed for additional vehicles.

Displaying “For Sale” signs on RV sites is not permitted.

Charging electric vehicles is prohibited.

Car or minivan camping is not allowed anywhere in the park.
Rate Policies
- RV Site reservation includes 6 people, 1 RV and 1 vehicle. $10 each extra person per night with Maximum Site Occupancy of 8.
- Tent Site reservation includes a maximum of 4 people, 1 Tent and 1 vehicle.
- Additional Vehicles are $25 per day and must be parked in overflow areas on a first come first serve basis.
- All bookings will incur a $3.00 transaction fee.
- 2 night minimum stay year round.
- 3 day minimum stay for Major Holidays: Presidents’ Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Veterans’ Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
Reservations require a 50% deposit of total balance with Visa or Mastercard ONLY. We do not accept American Express or Discover.
Please note: Until a deposit is made the Reservation is not complete and a site will not be held.
PET POLICY
Dogs are welcome at the resort and must be kept on a leash and under full control at all times. Guests are required to clean up after their pets; failure to do so will result in a $50 fee. A maximum of two pets per site is allowed, with a $10 fee per pet, per stay.
Please note that excessive barking is not permitted. If a pet is left unattended and causes a disturbance, guests may be contacted and asked to return to the park.
We are a pet-friendly resort and look forward to welcoming your furry companions; however, certain breeds are restricted. These include, but are not limited to, Akita, Chow, Doberman, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, and any mixed breeds of the same. Dogs displaying aggressive behavior or excessive barking are not permitted, regardless of breed or size.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are not allowed in bathrooms/showers, the clubhouse, or tent pavilions.

Year-Round Reservations (7-Day Notice Required)

Reservations canceled 7 or more days prior to the arrival date will incur a $50 cancellation fee per site.

Reservations canceled within 7 days of the arrival date will result in a charge of 50% of the total reservation cost per site.

Cancellations made on the day of arrival will be responsible for the full cost of the stay.

No-shows will be charged the full cost of the stay.
Reservation Modifications:
A modification to a reservation is defined as changing dates from the original reservation.

Reservations modified within 7 days of the arrival date will result in a charge of 50% of the daily rate per site, for each night modified.

No modifications are permitted on the day of arrival or during reserved dates.
DISCLOSURE STATEMENT
Property Notice and Assumption of Risk
This property is privately owned. Campers are entering a natural wilderness environment that includes inherent hazards such as loose gravel, rocks, hills, uneven terrain, and wildlife. Wildlife may include, but is not limited to, spiders, snakes, squirrels, gophers, rabbits, mice, rats, deer, hawks, turkeys, owls, and the occasional bobcat or coyote. All campers are expected to use caution at all times and acknowledge that they are solely responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur during their stay at Santa Cruz Redwoods RV Resort.
By accepting camping privileges, the camper agrees to release the campground, its owners, officers, and employees from any and all liability for loss or damage to property or personal injury arising from the use of campground facilities or entry into the surrounding wilderness. The camper further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the campground, its owners, officers, and employees from any claims resulting from loss, damage, or injury to the camper, members of their party, or guests.
Lock Site Fee Policy
While we guarantee your selected site type and amenities, site locations may be adjusted by our automated optimization system. Guests who wish to guarantee a specific site location may do so by paying a $35 lock site fee. Please contact the office with any questions regarding this policy.
