- Are we open Year Round? YES. We are open year round.
- Check-In Time: 1 PM (Fees apply if guests check-in before this time)

- How do we check availability? Guests can now check availability and make reservations directly through our website. Simply click any of the Book Now icons throughout the site to be taken to our reservations portal or click here to BOOK NOW
- Do we maintain a waitlist? No. The quickest and easiest way for guests to check for cancellations is to bookmark our BOOK NOW page in your web browser and check your desired dates on a regularly to see if any sites have become available.
- How far in advance can we book? One year in advance. Guests should keep in mind that, with reservations now available 24/7, availability has become more competitive. We encourage guests to book as soon as possible, especially if they are hoping to reserve a specific site.
- Do all of our sites have FHU? Yes. All of our sites have full hook up utilities with the exception of site #30.
- What does FHU include? Water, Electricity, Sewer. WiFi and cable are complimentary amenities; however, we recommend not relying on them for school, work, or job-related needs.
- What does WEO mean? Water and Electric Only. Site #30 is the only site in our park without full hookups; however, guests are welcome to use any available empty site to dump upon departure.
- What is the difference between Super & Standard sites? Size, location, amps. See park map for individual specifications of each site. Click here for Park Map
- What size RVs do we accommodate? All sizes. Our sites range from 15ft. – 70ft long. See park map for individual specs of each site. Click here for Park Map
- Do we allow Truck Campers to detach from a vehicle? No. Truck Campers must remain attached throughout your stay.
- Do we allow Wading Pools and/or Bathtubs on the sites? No. We do not allow wading pools and/or bathtubs on the sites.
- Do we have Wi-Fi? Yes. Please keep in mind this is a complimentary service we offer to our guests. We can not guarantee the Wi-Fi for school/job/work related purposes. We encourage guests to bring their own hotspot in this instance.
- Which mobile carriers work in our area? AT&T and Verizon. Sprint coverage can be spotty at times. Due to the nature of our location in the trees and mountains, all carriers can be subject to intermittent service.
- Do we allow tents on the RV sites? NO. RVs only on RV sites and tents only on tent sites.
- Do we allow more than 1 tent on a Dry Tent Site? No. 1 tent per site and 1 vehicle. Sites 86, 87, 88 & 94 are the only Dry Tent Sites that allow for parking directly on the site.
- Do we allow pets? Yes. There is a $10 fee per pet for the stay, with a 2 pet maximum. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times and cleaned up after, there will be a $50 fine for not picking up after your pet. - What are lock site fees? While we guarantee your chosen site type and amenities, our automated optimization system may change your site location. You can guarantee your chosen site for a $25.00 lock site fee.
- Can we check-in early?: Yes, as long as the site is available you can Check-In as early as 12pm. A $20 early Check-In Fee will be added to your account. *We can not guarantee Early Check-In so please contact the office to receive approval for early entry*
- What time is the latest we can check-in? Guests can check-in at anytime, however, please be respectful of the 9:30PM quiet time out of courtesy to the other guests around you.
- Can we request a Late Check-Out?: Yes. The latest Check-Out time we offer is 12:00pm. A $25 late Check-Out Fee will be added to your account. If the site is vacated after 12:00pm a $150 fee will be charged. *We can not guarantee Late Check-Out so please contact the office to receive approval for late departure*
- Why can’t we use Hwy 9 North from Santa Cruz? We do not recommend our guests use this route because the road is very narrow, windy and has blind turns. This route is not advised for rigs over 25′. Please travel to us via Highway 17. Click here for Directions
- Can we have additional vehicles? Yes. Each reservation is allowed one RV and one vehicle per site. Additional vehicles are $20 per night and must be registered with the office and must park in overflow parking. Cargo trailers that remain attached to the RV and can fit within site boundaries are allowed. *ONLY 1 RV AND 1 VEHICLE ALLOWED IN SITE AT ALL TIMES*
- Are Golf Carts allowed?: Yes. Golf Carts must be registered (license plate displayed) & insured if driving in the park.
- Are we allowed to charge our electric vehicles? NO. Charging of Electric Vehicles is not allowed.
- Do we allow “For Sale” signs to be displayed on RV’s and/or vehicles?: NO. We do not allow “For Sale” signs to be displayed while in the park.
- Do we allow BBQ’s/Grills/Camp Stoves? Yes. There is nothing better than cooking meals in the great outdoors but please do not place your BBQ’s/Grills/Camp Stoves on Resort Picnic Tables.
- Do we allow fires? Yes. We allow wood-burning fires, propane, pellets, camp stoves, and grills. Guests are welcome to bring their own fire pit, provided it is off the ground and fully contains all ash, or fire pits may be rented from the office for a one-time fee of $10.
Firewood bundles are available for purchase in the office for $15, or guests may sign up for delivery directly to their site. Guests are also welcome to bring their own firewood. Any unused firewood must be removed from the resort at the time of departure. Failure to do so will result in a $50 site clean-up fee.
Important: There is a $500 fine for dumping ash, burning wood directly on the ground, or disposing of ash improperly (for example, placing ash in boxes, plastic or paper bags, or any trash receptacle). Please allow our maintenance team to handle ash disposal for you.
- Do we allow fire pits in our Tent Sites? No. We do not allow individual fires in tent site area #86-#93. A community fire pit is provided in the center of the tent camping area.
- Do we sell propane? No. We are 1.5 miles from downtown Felton where there are options for propane fill up and/or exchange.
- Can we sleep in our vehicle? No. Car/Mini Van camping is prohibited as they do not contain the required Life Safety Equipment that you find in a Commercially Manufactured RV.
- How far are we from Santa Cruz? We are 6 miles from downtown SC and local beaches. Click here to Visit Santa Cruz
- How far are we from Henry Cowell State Park? The state park is located right across the river from us. The entry to the state park is 1 mile away, north on Highway 9. Click here to Visit Henry Cowell State Park
- How far are we from Roaring Camp Railroads? The railroad is located just across the river from our property. Guests are welcome to access the railroad through the state park entrance or use the main railroad entrance, which is located about two miles away on Graham Hill Road. - Can we cross the river? Yes, at your own risk. The river trail is located by site #22. During the peak season the San Lorenzo River is shallow enough to cross and access hiking/biking trails on the other side. Guests can also find swimming holes south of the park, depending on rainfall throughout the year. River Access is Available Sunrise to Sunset.
